EBA was contracted to assist in the acquisition of this St. Maarten based timeshare/hotel resort. After an analysis of the whole operation, we opted for a hands-on approach and worked together with the staff from each department, from front desk to housekeeping. With the input of the staff we created effective and efficient procedures which have improved the business results.
